Service and Maintenance

We keep our charges as low as possible and offer a variety of packages to suit every customer.

Breakdowns are treated as a priority 24hrs a day 365 days a year by qualified engineers with fully stocked vans backed up by a comprehensive stock.

Why consider maintenance?

Done properly there is no question that good ongoing maintenance reduces daily running costs and the cost and disruption created by breakdowns.

Low refrigerant levels, dirty condenser and evaporator coils significantly increase power consumption, good maintenance reduces these running costs, improves performance and minimises the risk of breakdown.

In the interests of long-term reliability we carry out at no extra cost, two preventative maintenance visits in the twelve months following an installation. We then offer several ongoing maintenance packages to suit individual applications and separate our customers into geographical areas and as a result we can offer routine service visits with no associated travel charge. Our visits are based around good preventative maintenance and aim to achieve the following:

• Reduced running costs
• Improved lifespan
• Greater reliability
• Reduced risk of breakdown

F Gas

The F Gas regulation is recent government legislation aimed at reducing the emission of F Gases that contribute to global warming. The emphasis is on containment of gases within the system and places an obligation on the operator to maintain a record of leak checks and refrigerant use.

Our qualified engineers provide the relevant information for your records after a routine service visit and after any breakdown involving the loss of refrigerant.

Systems with a refrigerant charge of between 3kg and 30kg must be leak checked annually, systems between 30kg and 300kg must be checked every 6 months.
